Hi there! I’m Bonnie. I have been working in weight management and diabetes education for many years supporting and guiding patients through the highs and lows of pursuing a healthier life. I have worked in a variety of nutrition settings from collegiate research, to tribal health, to bariatric and weight loss clinics. I am here to help guide you in having the best experience possible. Whether you are working on managing your diabetes, losing weight, or are a bariatric patient, I can give you the support and expertise you need to get you on the right track!

Fostering a healthy and sustainable relationship with food is the cornerstone of long-term success. I value that everyone comes from a different place in life with different past experiences that make us who we are. Together we will explore what health means to you and create a personalized roadmap designed to help you reach your goals. My counseling is rooted in an intuitive eating style with a focus in gut health medicine. I believe that it is important to not only reach your health goals, but learn how to develop a healthy relationship with food. After all, food is something we experience every day for our entire lives. I want you to feel at peace with it instead of fighting a daily battle.

Grocery Store Tours

Guided Grocery Store Tour ($100): 60 minutes each

Need help navigating grocery shopping? I will take the guess work out of it by going through the whole store together with you. We can review seasonal produce, how to reduce your monthly grocery bill, discuss products that will help you reach your health goals, and anything else you want!

Available at any Corvallis, OR grocery store of your choice.
